Statement of Values
OVERVIEW

The TCCC provides an environment which allows children to develop and maintain supportive and nurturing relationships with their family.  This is based on the belief that children have a qualified right to contact with both parents, but more importantly, have the right to feel safe in doing so.

Contact Centre staff will respond in developmentally appropriate ways to prioritise children’s physical and psychological well-being.  The Contact Centre recognises the diversity of families using the service and seeks to respond appropriately to different family and cultural needs.
