I WANT TO USE THE SERVICE WHAT NOW?

You can contact the Centre by phone 07 4638 0035.  After you’ve made initial contact with the staff at the TCCC, we will register your details.  Once both parties have made contact with us, we will arrange a time for each parent to have an intake interview.
This interview must occur with each parent before any changeovers or supervised visits can occur. The interview is between half an hour to 1 hour duration and covers essential information such as contact details and guidelines for using the Centre. If contact is the subject to a Court Order, a copy of the Order should be provided to the Centre, as should copies of any other Orders or agreements.

NO Supervision or Changeovers can occur unless both parties have attended an intake interview.
