Summary of Fees as of 1st of January 2010 Intake Fee$25.00 | This one off fee is to be paid at the intake interview. This fee is payable by each parent regardless of who is responsible for the fees and is non refundable. | Changeover fees | $15.00 per parent per month and covers all changeovers each month. OR $60.00 per half year if paid in advance. Concession rate for changeovers of $5.00 per month for parents with a current concession / health care card. | Supervised Contact (Weekdays) | $20.00 per hour for the first 2 hours per week then $25.00 per hour for each additional hour. Concession rates of $15.00 per hour apply to first 2 hours only, additional hours are $25.00 per hour. | Supervised Contact (Weekend) | $25.00 per hour for the first 2 hours per fortnight then $35.00 per hour for each additional hour. Concession rates of $20.00 per hour apply to first 2 hours only, additional hours are $35.00 per hour. | Subpoena Fees | In the event that staff members are subpoenaed to attend court all expenses are to be covered by client who subpoenas the staff member. Concession rates apply to current health care/concession card holders only. This Centre is only partially funded and consistently exceeeds the target numbers set by our funding body. To maintain the quality service provided, opening hours and to ensurethat other parents wishing to access this service do not experience lengthy delays to see their children, all parents are requested to pay fees. If you are experiencing difficulties paying your fees, please speak to a staff member about this, we ask that parents don't cancel visits due to financial reasons.
