Will staff at TCCC pass messages to my ex-partner on my behalf?

Please note that it is not the role of the staff to pass messages between parents, and staff are not required to do this. Staff will not pass on any messages that are deemed inappropriate or likely to cause offence. This Centre will provide a communication book which parents may use to write messages. A copy of each message will be kept on file. This Communication Book cannot be used if one parent has indicated that they are not willing to accept messages. In the event that staff are continually requested to pass on inappropriate messages, this will be documented on your file. If you are unsure about the content of the message please check with staff.
